Luxembourg, 19 September 2018 – Intelsat S.A. (NYSE: I) (“Intelsat”), operator of the world’s first Globalized Network and leader in integrated satellite communications, today announced the settlement of its previously announced tender offer (the “Offer”) by its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Intelsat Jackson Holdings S.A. (“Intelsat Jackson”), to purchase any and all of its outstanding 7 ¼% Senior Notes due 2020 (the “Notes”). The Offer expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on September 14, 2018 (the “Expiration Time”). Based on final information provided to Intelsat Jackson by Global Bondholder Services Corporation (“GBS”), the depositary and information agent for the Offer, $1,723,269,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes were validly tendered (and not validly withdrawn) at or prior to the Expiration Time, and Intelsat Jackson accepted all of such Notes, as set forth in the table below.

Settlement of the Offer was completed by Intelsat Jackson as of September 19, 2018 (the “Settlement Date”), as set forth in the Offer to Purchase and the Notice of Guaranteed Delivery, each dated as of September 10, 2018.
