Inspired by the desire to educate and celebrate cultural differences across the company, ERGs are employee-led groups with members who are drawn together by a common interest to foster an inclusive and engaging work environment.

HOLA@Intelsat

Introduced during Hispanic Heritage Month, HOLA@Intelsat was the first Employee Resource Group at Intelsat. HOLA’s vision is to create a positive impact to Intelsat’s business goals by advancing careers and connecting our business with the Latin American and Hispanic culture and business.
