Bringing People Together Through Employee Resource Groups

Inspired by the desire to educate and celebrate cultural differences across the company, ERGs are employee-led groups with members who are drawn together by a common interest to foster an inclusive and engaging work environment.


Introduced during Hispanic Heritage Month, HOLA@Intelsat was the first Employee Resource Group at Intelsat. HOLA’s vision is to create a positive impact to Intelsat’s business goals by advancing careers and connecting our business with the Latin American and Hispanic culture and business.

BE@Intelsat aims to promote, advance and retain technical and professional diverse groups with a focus on the black experience through networking, mentoring and seizing growth opportunities, while also identifying and recruiting diverse demographic and cultural candidates.

Intelsat’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) is committed to achieving real and lasting workplace change by driving awareness around issues women face in the workplace, while providing tools and resources for women and to help colleagues who work with women to be better equipped to support them.
