Customers can contact Intelsat’s Global Scheduling Center or conveniently book online through automated scheduling tools. Intelsat’s staff of dedicated professionals at its Video Operations Center (VOC) ensures that 24/7 support is available for all provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting and general inquiries, insuring your service is delivered to the highest of standards.

Production

If required, Intelsat’s team of OU experts are available for onsite services prior to and during the event to assist you with equipment set up, troubleshooting and all the elements of transmitting such as encoding, multiplexing and monitor and control.

Delivery

Intelsat transmits content via its global satellite network, turns-around content via its teleports, and distributes it to thousands of cable headends and direct-to-home (DTH) communities around the world.
