Whether you are a legacy Intelsat or PanAmSat customer, all your existing services will be transitioning to the following, dedicated Customer Operations Centers:

  • Video Operations Center (VOC): provides 24x7 end-to-end video solutions for all customers around the world, and video monitoring services with high standards set on customer service, care, and technical support;
  • Global Scheduling Center (GSC): provides best-in-class video booking services to a global customer base, using state-of-the-art applications and the world's most comprehensive occasional-use transmission network consisting of satellite, earth station and fiber resources;
  • Rapid Access Center (RAC): provides 24x7 support to SNG and Occasional Use rapid access services only to customers using the Intelsat Galaxy fleet and operating in North America , including carrier activation/deactivation, carrier measurement and monitoring, and fault detection & resolution;
  • Data Operations Center (DOC): provides 24x7 world-class customer support of GXS, Broadband and managed network services including real-time network monitoring and alarming, circuit optimization, and proactive resolution of network issues;
  • Carrier Management Center (CMC): provides 24x7, world-class, real-time operational and customer support for services on our fleet of satellites, including carrier access, carrier measurement and monitoring, fault detection and resolution, and payload reconfigurations.
  • Data Services Provisioning Center (DSPC): provides world-class provisioning and circuit optimization for IP Trunking Service (ITS), International Private Line (IPL), and Network Broadband including service design, service commissioning, and service decommissioning
