We are pleased to report the success of the launch mission for Horizons 3e and Intelsat 38. Liftoff occurred at 6:38 pm EDT. The Horizons 3e satellite separated from the rocket’s upper stage at 7:06 pm EDT, and signal acquisition has been confirmed. The Intelsat 38 satellite separated from the rocket’s lower stage at 7:21 pm EDT, and signal acquisition has been confirmed. Go Horizons 3e and Intelsat 38!
